Cena, Arboles, y Curso

Wensday, July 30, 2008 8:15
I just fineshed eating cena. I think the reason that I call all the meals by their spanish names is because lunch is at two and is as big as dinner and dinner is at nine and as big as breakfast. We always have our evnig walk right before cena. Today on our eveing walk we saw a really big fountain, ate some pan dulce in one of the plazas, and saw this really, REALLY cool church.

There are lots of really neat churches, but this one was especially nice. There are a lot of trees on the sidewalks and in the plazas that are all kept carefully trimed into cilendars and cubes. Here is a photo of some fancy trees in a plaza:

And here is an example of one you'd see everywhere:

At science club (!!WARNING!! This is going to be called curso from now on) today I took home the flower I soaked half in red water and half in blue water. I was suprised that instead of turning purple with rage that it's stem was split, the flower turned half blue with loss of blood and half red with rage. We also made little bags with dirt and grass seed and put faces on them so that when the grass grows it will make a doll with hair.
